Physiotherapy
Our experienced Physiotherapists, have expertise in diagnosis, management and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. We specialise in an exercise-oriented, active rehabilitation approach and in the development of preventative programs.
A Consultation with our Physiotherapists will include a thorough assessment, education on your diagnosis and contributing factors to your injury or condition and an appropriate treatment course. Treatment may include soft tissue massage, dry needling, ultrasound, taping, joint manipulation and exercises to rehabilitate your injury.
Bree also has a special interest in Women’s Health Physio, including the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor related conditions involving the bladder or bowel, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions.
Breastfeeding conditions including blocked milk ducts, blocked nipple pores and mastitis can also be assessed and treated.
*Emergency appointments can be made for breastfeeding conditions as they often lead to the mother becoming acutely unwell so the earlier they can be treated the better.
